Unsere Wohnung mit rd. 100 m2 Wohnfläche verfügt über 2 große Doppelbettzimmer, ein
Einbettzimmer, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlicher Essecke, Sofa mit
Doppelbettfunktion, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke.
Das Bad mit Wanne & Dusche ist räumlich vom WC getrennt.
Direkt vor der Wohnung steht ein weiteres WC nur für Euch bereit.
Für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt´s einen Sandkasten im Hof.
Zeichenstifte und Malbücher für kreative Stunden, sowie Brett- und
Gesellschaftsspiele sind selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Ihr verfügt über unbegrenzten Internetzugang via WLan. Der Grundpreis beinhaltet
ebenso Wasser- & Stromverbrauch. Wir behalten uns allerdings vor, für übermäßigen
Verbrauch 0,30 €/KW h nach zu berechnen.
Solltet Ihr mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen, holen wir Euch gerne in der
Sägemühle (Autobus) bzw. vom Bahnhof Aspang oder Grimmenstein ab.
Equipment:
Our apartment with about 100 m2 living area, offers you 2 large double-bedrooms, a
lovely single room, a huge living room with an additional dining corner, a sofa with
double-bed function, a complete equipped kitchen with a dining corner. The bathroom
within shower and bath tub is spatially separated from the toilet. Outside the
apartment´s door there is another toilet you can also use.
For the kids there is a sandbox in the yard. Crayons and painting pages for creative hours,
farther board games and card games are naturally present.
You have unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access. The base price includes also water, heating and
power consumption. We reserve the right, however, to charge for excessive consumption
(price per unit: € 0,30).
If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up in Aspang or Grimmenstein (train) or in
the Sägemühle (next bus stop).
